Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for AlevelGo paid memberships.
Paid memberships
Paid memberships are processed by our payment provider. Membership access begins only after AlevelGo receives and verifies the provider payment confirmation.
Fixed-term memberships do not automatically renew unless a checkout clearly says otherwise.
Refund requests
- Activated digital memberships are generally non-refundable.
- Contact [email protected] with your account email and payment provider receipt or order ID.
- Duplicate charges, payment success without access, long platform outages, or legal or provider requirements may be reviewed manually.
- Approved refunds return to the original payment method where the provider supports it.
- Refunds may be declined for abusive use, fraud, or substantial use of paid services after purchase.
Cancellations
Because memberships are fixed-term, cancellation normally means access continues until the paid term ends. It does not automatically refund past charges unless a refund request is approved.
